Day 1 June 28

Arrive at Jackson, WY airport, secure your rental vehicle, and begin your travel to Jackson, WY. Today's info-pac will provide you with information about your travel options, things to see in town, and what you MUST stop to enjoy.  Your lodging tonight will be at the Snow King Resort

Day 2 June 29

Explore Grand Teton National Park! Your daily info-pac and GPS activated audio guide will show you the best of this park, and where to explore, eat, and get that epic family photo for the Christmas card. On your return to Jackson, you may visit a few galleries or wildlife areas that appeal to you. Dinner tonight could be in a Steak and Game House to enjoy wild game and fine bourbon. Day 3 June 30

Explore more of the Tetons. Take the gondola at Teton Village, then visit Mormon Row to see those epic barn calendar scenes. Enjoy riding the backroads to encounter Pronghorn, Bison, Moose and maybe even Grizzly! Tonight is a day to celebrate, and what better wat than to do it in Western Fashion on a Chuckwagon ride into the forest for a Cowboy supper and show! (Included)

Day 4 July 1

This is a fine day to have a prebooked float trip on the Snake River, or even a whitewater raft trip. Horseback in the Tetons? Ferry across Jenny Lake to hike a canyon? So many optionals to consider (not included in the tour), and we can help make all the arrangements.

Day 5 July 2

This is your last chance to explore the rest of the Grand Teton / Jackson area. Visit a gallery, the fish hatchery, go fly fishing, or enjoy the fun outdoor amusements at Snow  King.

Day 6 July 3

Depart Jackson and head north to Yellowstone National Park. Along your way, there will be a number of great vistas, and even a rare chance to see a Grizzly Sow and her coy! Your daily info-pac and audio guide will continue to enhance your experience as you see this beautiful country. As you follow your planned route, you'll be given suggestions of places to see that most visitors don't even know about. 

Eventually your day will end at your lodging at Canyon Village in their beautiful new accommodations!

Day 7 July 4

We suggest driving to Cody Wyoming for the day, if you wish to celebrate Independence Day, but you'll need to leave very early to beat the town traffic. the Cody Museum of the West and the night rodeo might appeal to everyone. Or just stay in the park, and begin to explore!

You are stay within Yellowstone National Park makes access simple. Leave your hotel and instantly begin to explore the meadows, canyons, geothermal features and more. Your Audio guide and daily info-pac will have plenty for you to discover as you see this amazing super volcano! There is so much to see and learn as you visit the park today.

Day 8 July 5

Again you will explore the major features of Yellowstone. The days are long, and you might get caught in a bison jam or two, but the scenery will astound. Its worth every mile traveled to experience this part of the world. Being within the park every night, at one of its highly prized lodging options is a treasure too!

Day 9 July 6

Today is a day to either venture off to see the "American Serengeti" in the park, or maybe its time to go just outside the park and kayak / raft a river in the Yellowstone Ecosystem and feed native trout.  Maybe rent a boat to explore Yellowstone Lake, or take a ranger guided tour. Your info-pac will provide options for you to decide what your family wants to experience. 

Day 10 July 7

Today you will finish up your travels in Yellowstone. This is your last chance to find more treasures to see and experience. You'll have your audio tour to help you along, and the daily trip-pac with info for those that want more in-depth knowledge. Tonight is the last night. Pack up, get a great dinner, and be ready to depart in the morning.

Day 11 July 8

Depart early from Yellowstone. On your way back to Jackson, WY, you'll get a different perspective as you travel south in the morning light. Be at the airport early enough to drop off the rental and check-in. Your gate agent will know by your smiles that you are returning from the best vacation ever!
